Registered as a full scope member of the National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers (NAPIT).
This means that we have been approved as competent. So all electrical work can be tested, notified to building control and certificates issued, for all necessary electrical work. Therefore, all electrical work must comply with 18th edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018) and Part P of the Building Regulations.
Membership of NAPIT is renewed annually, after undergoing a thorough on-site assessment. This assessment is designed to ensure that all electrical work meets the required high standards, and demonstrates my competence as an electrician.
